Responsibilities:
Lead multidisciplinary teams in designing, developing, and implementing sustainable solutions
Ensure successful project delivery within project timelines, budgets and Quality metrics
Engage with startups, research institutions and industry expert
Represent Yokogawa at conferences, workshops, and industry events
Develop solutions in sustainability focus areas such as Net Zero, Circular economy, and well being
Contribute to patent filings and intellectual property development. Publish white papers and represent in conference
Requirement:
Master or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or Management
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technology development, research, or innovation in sensing, control and optimization
Proven track record of proposing / executing successful R&D grant projects and research collaborations
Relevant data analytics and programming skills needed to support the research work
Experience in handling both agile projects and an industry project
Experience in new ventures and start up is a plus
