Lico Resources, a specialist in Cybersecurity & Tech GRC recruitment, is partnering with a leading organization dedicated to fostering a secure and technologically advanced environment. We are seeking a dynamic IT Audit Professional to join their existing team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate IT application systems, including both business and operational applications.
- Assess application controls, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, availability, and access security.
- Apply data analytics to enhance application design, system transaction flows, and business processes.
- Review security measures for operating systems and databases, as well as IT operational controls such as change and monitoring controls.
- Advise on security and control features during System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) reviews.
- Assess system availability, disaster recovery plans, and readiness testing.
- Communicate IT, operations, and cybersecurity findings to senior management.
- Oversee resources and projects to ensure the internal audit plan is met and quality outputs are delivered.
- Mentor and develop team members, sharing knowledge and building technical skills.
- Manage the performance of IT auditors, oversee their training and development, and ensure they have the necessary IT capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CIA, CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, PMP, or Agile are preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in information security within a reputable organization. Candidates with Line 1 or Line 2 experience will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of audit methodology, security measures, risks, and controls.
- Ability to effectively communicate issues and provide reports to the board and management.
- Deep understanding of complex business and IT processes and their associated risks.
- Proven track record in delivering internal audit and advisory engagements.
- Ability to assess IT internal controls and identify improvement opportunities.
- Resourceful with excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
