We are currently seeking a Technology Business Partner for Capital Markets in APAC. This role sits within the Capital Markets technology group, which creates, manages and supports the tech products used by Capital Markets brokers and their teams. Technology Business Partners play a key role in driving awareness and adoption of technology with regional Capital Markets teams, influencing and building relationships with business leaders, and providing in-depth training on how to use tech products most effectively. The role requires travel to JLL offices in the region with a large Capital Markets presence.
Responsibilities: Drive awareness and educate users on our technology and the value it brings to our Capital Markets business teams and clients.
Work closely with the business and technology teams to introduce new and improved tech products to business users.
Provide in-person and virtual demos/training to business teams, in support of product launches and/or on an ongoing basis.
Offer a white glove service to directly assist individuals in senior business roles, or teams working on large deals, in their use of technology.
Understand in-depth the needs of the business and where technology can be effectively applied, and feed this into product strategy and prioritization.
Use metrics to measure technology adoption and impact, and hold regular discussions with business leaders on progress vs agreed targets.
Act as a strategic partner and liaison between regional Capital Markets leaders, the global Innovation team and JLLT.
Understand and communicate the impact of technology on business processes and help assess how these processes can be adapted.
Act as the Technology SME and escalation point for delivery issues in Capital Markets and work with Support and Product teams to resolve them.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, financial markets and/or technology.
Understanding of the CRE Capital Markets business and clients preferred.
Previous exposure to partnering with business stakeholders to achieve technology adoption and impact.
Familiarity with CRM systems preferred, particularly based on Salesforce.
Experience with training and/or project management would be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including navigating complex situations and making data-driven decisions.
Tech savvy, with interest and curiosity in how tech can benefit business.
Dynamic and able to work at pace, while handling ambiguity and rapid change.Ability to operate with independence but still be a team player, and work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
