Responsibilities:
Lead multidisciplinary teams in designing, developing and implementing sustainable solutions
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
Engage with startups, research institutions and industry experts
Build strategic partnerships to accelerate technology adoption
Represent Yokogawa at conferences, workshops, and industry events
Stay abreast of advancements in sustainability focus areas such as Net Zero, Circular economy and Well Being
Provide technical guidance to project teams
Contribute to patent filings and intellectual property development
Publish white papers, participate in webinars, and contribute to thought leadership forums.
Mentor junior technologists and foster knowledge sharing
Requirement:
Master / Degree in Engineering, Science, Management
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technology development, research, or innovation in sensing, control and optimization with at least 3 years experience in managing a team
Proven track record of leading successful grant applications, Research collaborations and projects execution
Relevant data analytics and programming skills needed to support the research work
Experience in handling both agile projects and an industry projects
Experience in new ventures, small business growth, start ups is a plus
