1. Responsible for the technical service capacity building of the service team and channel partners in the target region of H3C international market, enhance the technical service capability of the service team and channel partners
2. Responsible for the delivery of support and management of customer training, product solutions, pre-sales testing, online problems solving in the target region
3. Responsible for the standards, quality and customer satisfaction of the work undertaken by the Company
4. Responsible for the channel enhancement, technical support and management of major projects in the target area
5. Responsible for the implementation of channel empowerment plan and the delivery of results of major projects
6. Fulfill and act on verbal and/or written assignments, tasks, instructions and orders of immediate supervisors, other competent officials and authorized representatives of the Company, should business needs so require, and, therefore, are deemed to be production assignments.
Skills:
1. More than 5 years ICT industry experience, working in China are preferred.
2. Proficient in network protocol, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS Familiar with project management and delivery, experienced in independently undertaking large project delivery.
3. Have service channel resources in China, and have a good relationship with the channel.
4. Bachelor degree or above.
5. Get certificate H3CSE, H3CTE, CCNP, PMP, Network Planning Designer
6. Fluent English, Chinese native language ( listening, speaking, reading and writing skills), Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
7. Understanding Chinese culture. Recognize and appreciate Chinese culture.
