Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Tele-Sales Manager located in City Hall. Our client offers the best hair loss treatment & solution for men & women. We are the leading hair centre in Singapore specialising in TCM-based solutions. You will be responsible for centered around telemarketing and sales, requiring you to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards in call quality and operational efficiency. You'll promote the company's services by making telemarketing calls to both existing and potential customers, using your knowledge of these services to engage effectively. A key part of the role involves recognizing opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell, boosting revenue through thoughtful recommendations. Converting company-provided leads into sales is another priority, requiring a proactive and persuasive approach. All interactions must adhere strictly to regulations and quality standards, ensuring compliance at every step. Additionally, you'll be responsible for keeping the customer database current and accurate, reflecting all relevant updates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management
• Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the beauty & wellness industry preferred
• Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
• Confident communicator with good verbal skills
• Sufficiently resilient to handle rejection and objections from customers
• Persuasive and committed to meet/exceed sales targets
• Sales-driven and possess a can-do attitude
