Telemarketer (General Insurance)

Our client is looking for a motivated Insurance Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling General Insurance products over the phone. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

. Deliver sales targets and achieve campaign KPIs encompassing sales targets, call quality, and operational standards.

. Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products, demonstrating clear product knowledge and providing references to both existing and prospective customers.

. Identify and seize opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products during customer interactions.

. Convert leads provided by the company into sales through effective telemarketing strategies and activities.

. Ensure all call activities adhere fully to regulatory requirements and Quality Assurance standards.

. Update and maintain accurate customer information in the company database to facilitate effective sales and customer service processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications

. GCE O level preferably with professional insurance qualification.

. Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI).

Experience

. Experience in telesales

. Good product knowledge of General Insurance (Car Insurance, Personal Accident, Health)

. Knowledge of telesales operation

. Excellent communication skills

. Ability to handle challenging situations with maturity and confidence.

. Resilient and motivated to overcome objections and handle rejections effectively.
