We are looking for a motivated Insurance Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling General Insurance products over the phone. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets and achieve campaign KPIs encompassing sales targets, call quality, and operational standards.
Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products, demonstrating clear product knowledge and providing references to both existing and prospective customers.- Identify and seize opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products during customer interactions.
Convert leads provided by the company into sales through effective telemarketing strategies and activities.
- Ensure all call activities adhere fully to regulatory requirements and Quality Assurance standards.
Update and maintain accurate customer information in the company database to facilitate effective sales and customer service processes.
Qualifications- Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI).
Experience Good product knowledge of GI personal lines products.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with maturity and confidence.
* Resilient and motivated to overcome objections and handle rejections effectively.
