Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers by phone to promote our services. Looking for candidate that has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

. Outbound Sales Calls: Contact potential customers to introduce and explain the benefits of our services, using a provided script or tailored approach.

. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.

. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with prospective customers who have shown interest or requested more information.

. Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer information and call details in the system.

. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.

. Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your selling skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

. Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role is preferred but not required.

. Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, active listening, and persuasive abilities.

. Technology: Proficiency in using relevant sales tools and office software

. Attitude: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection with a positive outlook.

. Education: All are welcomed!

. Availability: Ability to work flexible hours if required.
