Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic part-time Telemarketer to join our sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to introduce our products/services, generate interest, and schedule follow-up appointments or sales calls. You will play a key role in driving sales and helping the business grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Product/Service Promotion: Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our products or services to prospective clients.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through conversations, gathering relevant information to build the sales pipeline.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team to follow up on qualified leads.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional demeanor with each call, answering any questions or concerns customers may have.
- Data Entry: Accurately record call details, lead information, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly performance goals, including number of calls, leads generated, and appointments set.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales team about customer insights, concerns, or suggestions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging phone presence.
