Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, using provided scripts and leads.
- Ensure accurate data management, including lead tracking and appointment scheduling.
- Lead and mentor a team of telemarketers, providing training and supervision.
- Manage the recruitment process for new sales managers, starting with cold-calling and interview scheduling (this responsibility is phased in once you master the other tasks).

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Google Sheets, and Calendar.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in Customer Service, Telemarketing, or Cold-Calling (min. 2 years).
- Ability to work independently, but also contribute as a collaborative team player.
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Consulting is a bonus.
