Responsibilities:
- Participate in classroom training to ensure updated products knowledge and on current regulations.
- Conduct quality telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products (e.g. Personal Accident Plan, Dementia Insurance, Home Insurance) to existing and prospective customers
- Identify and/or create opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
- Convert leads provided by the company to quality sales through telemarketing activities
- Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
- Update customer information in the database
- Participate in process improvement projects
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level.
- At least 1-2 years of outbound call experience.
- Possess or is in the midst of attaining BCP, PGI and HI Certificates.
- Display strong resilience in handling rejection and objections from customers.
- Proficient in English.
