Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer/Transfer all calls in a polite manner with accuracy and efficiency in accordance with the SOP
  • Listen to caller/guest request(s) carefully and action the request(s) accordingly
  • Record all maintenance requests at the One Stop Service portal
  • Review logbook, notice board, traces etc for latest information, to follow up accordingly
  • Liaise with Maintenance Company on outstanding telephone faults
  • Prepare the required reports for the auditors

  • Good communication
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Able to work on rotating shifts including midnight shift
