Telesales Coordinator (1 year contract) - FMCG MNC/Central/5 days office hours #HAO

Salary: up to $2500 + commissions + 1m completion bonus

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Job Description:

. Conduct outbound sales calls to targeted groups of customers to sell products/services by following prepared scripts

. Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasks

. Build relationship with customers over the phone on the long-term basis

. Follow-up on sales leads (from tele-marketing or other channels) to generate sales

. Order Processing via Inbound Calls

. Consignment Ordering and administrative follow up

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in any course w min 2 yrs of customer service/sales coordinator exp
