Telesales Representative (3 - 6 Months Contract) / $12/HR + Incentive / Central Area

Our client is a Education Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Telesales Representative to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Responsibilities:

• Use sales scripts to introduce products or services to leads, adapting scripts as needed.
• Understand the target market and confidently answer questions about the company or its programs.
• Qualify leads and refer them to the sales team.
• Enter and update customer information in Salesforce, maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure accuracy in sales information to avoid misrepresentation.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in any field.
• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and telephone systems.
