Telesales Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services over the phone, engaging potential customers, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services.
- Proficient in lead generation and perform cold calling.
- Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing.
- Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities to achieve weekly/monthly appointment set targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover and follow-up.
Requirements:- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related sales role preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.=
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Highly driven individual and result-orientated to hit KPIs
- Ability to converse well in English and/or Mandarin
