Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Temenos TPH Business Engineer with a strong background in securities, derivatives, and foreign exchange (FX). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wealth management and a deep understanding of Temenos Transact modules related to wealth management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Domain Expertise:Leverage a solid understanding of the Wealth Management domain and Temenos Transact modules, particularly those related to wealth management.
- TPH Implementation:Demonstrate knowledge and experience in the implementation of Temenos Payment Hub (TPH).
- Requirement Gathering:Collaborate with Product Managers, external teams, and clients to identify user requirements and deliver requirement specifications.
- Inter-department Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams and other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of specifications.
- Effective Communication:Facilitate effective communication between clients, teams, and stakeholders by translating requirements into clear and concise specifications.
- Feasibility Studies & Workshops:Conduct feasibility studies, lead requirements, and solutions discussion workshops, and guide small teams on projects when necessary.
- Stakeholder Management:Serve as a bridge between clients, development teams, and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across all parties.
- Project Management:Create project timelines for specification delivery and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Non-Functional Requirements:Clearly articulate non-functional requirements and integrate them into solutions.
- Solution Decision-making:Make informed solution decisions and provide clear direction to the team.
- Peer Reviews:Conduct peer reviews of specifications to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Functional Testing:Perform simple functional testing based on requirements.
- Agile Methodology:Apply understanding of Agile methodology and JIRA platform in project management.
- Mentorship:Guide, share expertise, and mentor junior Business Analysts to support their professional growth.
- Continuous Learning:Maintain a learning mindset and exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Domain Knowledge:Strong background insecurities, derivatives, and FX.
- Wealth Management:In-depth understanding of wealth management processes and related Temenos Transact modules.
- TPH Expertise:Proven experience in the implementation of Temenos Payment Hub (TPH).
- Communication Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management:Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage timelines.
- Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Agile Proficiency:Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using the JIRA platform.
- Mentorship:Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and financial industry standards.
- Proficiency in additional Temenos Transact modules.
