You will be providing administrative support to the team. Your duties include:
Responsibilities
- Provide logistic and administrative support, assist with event registration and crowd control.
- Perform general administrative duties not limited to:
- Tracking and upkeeping e2i's calendar of events
- Provide different reporting and tracking including collation of vacancies, documents tracking, budget tracking, claims document verification and tracking on a daily or monthly basis.
- Perform data entry, collation of data, preparation of letters, printing, scanning, filing, receipts/deliveries of documents and materials from partners.
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O levels
- Computer Literate and proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Possess good communication skills.
- Meticulous & Independent with good coordination skills.
- Able to work with multiple internal stakeholders concurrently in a fast-paced environment and a team player.
- Able to work on weekends - will be given time-off
