Working Days (5-day work week in office)

Monday - Thursday (8.30am to 6pm)

Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Immediate Start / 2-week notice is preferred

Job Description:

• Process registration applications for nurses and midwives and related registration-applications (eg. Transfers, certificates reprint etc)
• Support commencement process for nurses/midwives to start practice at hiring institutions
• Closure of registration applications after the completion of Competency Assessments for registration/ enrolment
• Other admin support as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficient in MS Office
• Preferably with experience in admin/processing work
• Meticulous with attention to detail
• Able to work with tight timelines
• Able to commit for 3 months in the first instance, with option for further extension
