Job Description:

• Answer incoming calls from parents with enquiries on fees and centre related matters
• Liaise with departments or centres to answer the parents enquiries
• Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe
• Maintain accuracy of data
• Ensure achievement of deadlines within the required timeframe
• Deliver any other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in any course w min 1-2 years experience in contact centre environment
