Position : Temp Finance Transformation Executive

Contract period : Immediate (1 year)

Working hours :

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm

Fridays : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

AR work scope

Primary Function

Billing & Collections

Manage accounting of customer collections e.g. preparation of billings to customers, creation of deposit records, GIRO payments from customers.

Accountable for managing customer inquiries and exceptions e.g. waivers, refunds.

Accountable for generating and dispatching customer statement of accounts.

Accountable for the preparation of AR reports, including AR aging report.

Responsible to take on AR transformation projects that will be assigned in addition to the above jobscope. He/She is expected to participate actively in the project planning and to achieve the project objective within tight timeline.

At least a diploma (a diploma in Accounting or Finance will be an advantage) The salary range is $3.5K to $4K (Dipolma to graduate graduate or candidiate with project management is preferred)

(b) Project management skills will be an advantage as this role requires participation in AR projects on top of the routine work.

Knowledge & Experience

Fresh diplomas holders are welcome to apply

Prior experience in

Account Receivable role will be an advantage

Prior knowledge of/ experience in using SAP will be an advantage

Prior experience of working in a shared services environment will be an advantage.

Prior knowledge and/or experience in computing science as well as project management skills will be an advantage.
