What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with teams to resolve case requirements and information requests from clinics
• Review, approve and handle LOG requests, ensuring timely processing with attention to detail
• Address account manager inquiries on pre-admission and inpatient issues and advise on insurance contracts
• Assess cases, appeal to clinics, and manage urgent requests from stakeholders
• Ensure claims align with contracts and contact hospitals for bill clarifications

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree
• Attention to details and ability to multitask
• 1-2 years of relevant experience dealing with Inpatient and Pre-authorisation claims will be advantageous
