Temp Hospital Site Supervisor (1 year contract) (Office hours | 5 days)

Job Summary:

Location: Kent Ridge
5days work week (office hours)
Up to $3800 per month
Contract : Immediate | 1year contract

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the contractors works to ensure that work is carried in compliance with the design intent, specifications and quality of works required under the terms of contract.
• Maintain a Site Diary of events and daily surveillance.
• Attend site progress meetings/technical meetings/consultants meetings.
• Keep a close check of the contractors installation details of items which require specific compliance to CP/manufacturers installation instructions.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Architectural / Architectural Technology, Engineering, or other relevant qualifications with at least 5 years of relevant site experience in healthcare infrastructure or construction supervision/design consultancy in the built environment sector.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting. Knowledge in 3D Sketchup software is advantageous.
• Able to prepare and plan project schedules using project management tools or Excel programme.
