Job Description
- Assist in the scale-up and transition of Virtual Credit Card solution to remaining research institutes
- Liaise with bank and internal stakeholders on preparatory work required for the onboarding of research institutes to adopt the Virtual Credit Card solution.
- Provide support and advice to internal stakeholders on clarification related to the Virtual Credit Card solution based on policies and guidelines established.
- Assist in the discussion with the bank to highlight technical issues experienced by internal stakeholders on the bank platform for Virtual Credit Card solution and get resolutions from the bank.
- Assist in the internal workgroup discussion with IT Division to explore potential enhancement of existing workflow / process to elevate user experience and, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Render administrative support on automation initiative(s) undertaken by Finance Team.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare Records of Decisions (RoDs) / Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), monitor action items by Finance Team.
- Provide ad-hoc support on ongoing or exploratory projects such as coordination of activities, documenting of feedback, assisting with procurement paperwork with prior year reference, etc.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy/Business Admin or equivalent
- Meticulous, organised and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of automation tools like Power Automate is a plus
- Contract: 1year
