Job Scope:
. Client's claims processing, payment and revenue functions under the assigned work portfolio and manage the identified KPIs.
. Draft and prepare written papers.
. Advise and support stakeholders as a business partner.
. Manage and process payments.
. Manage access rights to central systems.
. Perform financial analysis on payments.
. Involvement in stakeholder engagement, process reviews and systems enhancements to drive greater efficiencies in Finance processes in Client's HQ as part of Whole-of-Government Finance Transformation and Client's Finance data analytics journey.
. Undertake ad hoc projects assigned as part of staff development.
Requirements:
a) Relevant qualifications in Accountancy, Business, Finance or related discipline.
b) Preferably 1-3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in the public sector handling payment and revenue matters would be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
c) Candidate to have strong analytical and writing skills, be meticulous and organised and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
d) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in data analytics and RPA software will be an advantage.
e) Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and internal/external stakeholders concurrently.

Contract Period: 6 months
Salary: $11 to $18/hour (depends on experience)
Working Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays 830am to 6pm
Fridays 830am to 530pm
