Temp Staff - Teaching & Learning Centre, $13/hr

Responsibilities:

Biennial Report

• Support the coordination with external vendors to assist in the creation and design of the centre's biennial report.
• Help ensure the report aligns with centre's branding and goals.

Design/Content Creation Support:

• Assist in the design and development of marketing materials such as posters, electronic direct mails (eDMs) and social media postings.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of design assets.

Department Liaison

• Serve as a support contact for communication between TLC and other internal stakeholders.
• Help facilitate collaboration to ensure smooth project workflows.

Administrative Assistance:

• Provide administrative support, including revamping student orientation activities, tracking project timelines, and exploring team bonding ideas.
• Assist in outreach and partnership initiatives.

Period:

• 28 October 2024 to 31 December 2024

Working Hours:

• 8.30am to 5.30pm, 1-3 Days/Week

Location:

• Clementi

Salary:

• $13 per hour

Requirements:

• Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, to liaise with stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Organisational skills with an eye for detail.
• Familiar with Microsoft Suite, Photoshop, Canva, video editing software and other tools, preferred.
