Temporary Admin Assistant

Looking for candidates available immediately until 7 March 2025.

. Assist with the documentation of purchases and reports showing ordering trends

. Assist to update reports

. Assist to support and coordinate shipments of purchase

. Communicate with the Operations and Sales team to compare deliveries and identify discrepancies

. Maintain records for easy retrievals

. Support in any purchasing related administrative tasks

. Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned
