Temporary Customer Service Officer (1-Month)

Job Description

• Handle walk-in cabbies for lost and found items and follow-up call
• Assist with driver inquiries regarding various services or issues
• Follow up with customer to ensure lost item are returned
• Update and maintain records on in house system
• Provide excellent customer service
