About the role
We are seeking a Temporary Executive (Finance) to join the National Institute of Early Childhood Development (NIEC) in the West Region on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will support year-end closing for FY 2024 and assist with the WSG salary support audit.
What you'll be doing
- Responsible for the collection of receivables, resolving discrepancies
- Generate course fees receipts
- Update course fees payment details in TPG portal
- Reconcile finance records
- Extract documents for auditors
- Support in interface of Student Management System (SMS) to SAP
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by reporting officer
What we're looking for
- Diploma in Accountancy with 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy, able to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools
- A team player who is proactive and possess a problem-solving attitude
- Has strong ethics and able to handle highly confidential documents
