Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet incoming and departing clients with a genuine smile and eye contact.
- Address clients queries and concern in appropriate manner.
- Able to engage clients in small conversation.
- Maintain the stock inventory in perfect condition, ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all products & packaging.
- Manage the delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
- Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize Client experience.
- Maintain a neat, organized back-of-house environment.
- Perform as a team player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
- Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
- Follow the Company's policies and procedures.
Profile
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with pleasant disposition.
- Adaptable and a fast learner with client centric mentality.
- Possess a professional attitude with a mindset of curiosity and empathy.
- Prior work experience in retail, hospitality or service-related industry would be a plus.
- Must be able to work 3-4 days a week including weekends & public holidays, on retail shift hours.
