We are a Singapore-based co-living company looking for a Coordinator. Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for a more senior role with higher remuneration.
Working Location: 153 Bukit Batok St 11, Singapore 650153
Working Hours: 5.5 days / week (Saturday half day)
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and work with other colleagues on tenancy / occupancy or housekeeping matters.
- Prepare and maintain management reports on tenancy / occupancy details.
- Ensure prompt and timely updates of tenancy / occupancy details.
- Ensure prompt and timely response to stakeholders via office phone (WeChat) and emails.
- Effective and professional communications with stakeholders.
- Able to carry out duties independently with minimal supervision.
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Must be well versed in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
- Meticulous and detailed in maintaining records for frequent updating to management.
- Must be bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
- Experience working in other co-living companies advantageous but not required.
