Our client is a Japanese-listed building developer company. The Tenant Relations Executive (6 months contract) will be responsible for building and managing relationships with tenants to ensure a positive leasing experience. You will report to the Senior Manager of Leasing & Tenant Relations.
Responsibilities
- Manage leases and tenancy documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with tenants regarding documentation and address any inquiries.
- Assist in ensuring all documentation aligns with the organization's interests.
- Monitor tenant compliance with the terms of the tenancy agreements.
- Distribute electronic circulars and communications to tenants.
- Compile and input tenants gross sales data.
- Update and maintain tenancy information within the MRI integrated system.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the department.
Requirements & Preferences
Must
- Diploma in Property/Estate Management, Marketing, or Business Administration
- At least 1 year of experience in administration
- Proficient in business-level English for effective communication with counterparts
- Resourceful with a keen interest in retail stays updated on retail brands and trends
- At least 1 year of experience in tenant relations
- Knowledge of tenancy-related issues in shopping centers is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle challenging situations
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently
