We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join us. In this role, you are to manage the tendering process, ensuring accurate and timely bid submissions. Key tasks include reviewing documents, coordinating with teams, preparing tender submissions, and maintaining records. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire tender process, including identify tender opportunities, evaluate requirements, prepare tender submissions, organize meetings and maintaining accurate records of tender activities).
- Identify tender opportunities from Singapore government and other websites (eg. GeBIZ, Ariba, Sesami, Tender Boards).
Review tender specifications and prepare essential information/documentation for tender submissions within the deadlines.- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information, supporting documents and pricing details for tender responses.
Assist in proof-reading and editing tender submissions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to formatting requirements.
- Identify suitably qualified consultants (with guidance from Supervisor and associated Director) for joint participation in multi-disciplinary projects and send out invitations to participate.
Coordinate with consultants for documents, ensuring completeness and full compliance with tender requirements.- Follow up with clients after tender submissions to obtain feedback and address any additional requirements.
Maintaining database of tender opportunities/ awarded tenders, record of staff CVs and provide regular updates on the status of tender submissions.
- Providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of the tender/bidding process and performance.
Preparation Of Fee/Services Proposals when necessary, including liaison with the external consultants and ensure timely submission of their fee quotations within the time frame and conditions stipulated by the clients.- Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Superior.
Minimum Diploma related to the construction industry (eg. Architectural, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying) is preferred.- At least 2 years of experience in business development and/or tender management.
Strong understanding of tender process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and be highly self-motivated.- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
