Job Description
Purpose of Role
The intern will support the Tenders & Contract team in the Vendor Management function, which encompasses vendor onboarding, maintenance, and performance evaluation processes.
Key Accountabilities
Process Vendor Master Request (VMR) forms promptly.
Perform due diligence tasks such as validating vendor onboarding documents, conducting sanctions checks and bank details verifications.
Support monthly monitoring of Open PO and ensure timely closure by following up with users.
Assist in Vendor Master Data cleaning as part of preparation work for new system migration.
Ensure compliance with internal control processes.
Undertake any other duties and projects as assigned.
Job Requirement
Requirements
Currently enrolled students seeking internship opportunities during their studies or seeking experience during breaks/vacation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as data analytics is preferred.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
