- Lead a team of Engineers to oversee all test-related activities for Server and Rack products in production.
- Support and implement PXE Server configuration for the products.
- Conduct and maintain the Server and Rack run-in test processes.
- Perform and maintain the burn-in and power test processes.
- Coordinate with customers and HQ/factory regarding test program implementation and maintenance.
- Test and analyze failures in production products, collaborating with customers and HQ/factory to drive improvements.
- Participate in Kaizen activities.
- Update and track the test program master list.
- Prepare and update Working Instructions.
- Provide training on Working Instructions to production teams.
- Support the NPI (New Product Introduction) process.
- Assist with production during mass runs.
- Engage in ISO activities related to implementation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in an Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Server/Rack/Manufacturing environments.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, HQ/factory, peers, subordinates, and superiors.
- Knowledge of SAP and Linux.
- Capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
- Strong understanding of test methods and concepts.
- Proficiency in programming and debugging skills.
