Test Manager

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute testing strategies and plans based on project requirements.
• Manage the testing team, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Review test documentation to ensure alignment with project scope.
• Monitor and enforce testing standards and processes.
• Provide regular status reports (Daily, Weekly, etc.) to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Test Manager, ideally with automation and cross-border payment systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
