• Basic up to $6,000 + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Working Days: 6 Days (including weekend)
• Working Hours: 11am - 8pm (Mon - Sat), 10am - 7pm (Sun)
• Location: Central

Job Description:

• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Sales and Performance: Drive branch performance by setting and achieving sales targets, optimizing resources, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor branch staff to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
• Customer Service: Ensure the branch delivers exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Financial Management: Oversee the branch's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Community Engagement: Represent the company in the local community, building relationships and promoting our brand.
