Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and seasoned Software Tester to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role to ensure our software operates seamlessly, meets client requirements and testing software applications encompassing both manual and automated testing responsibilities.

Mandatory Skill-set

Degree or Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Software tester (Manual / Automated);

Stronger experience in System Test, Integration Test, and/or User Acceptance Test is advantageous.

Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Waterfall or Agile projects;

Possesses Robust analytical skills with a proven ability to rapidly grasp complex business and systems challenges, offering tailored solutions for clients;

Ability to adapt to varying workloads, multitask with meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a dynamic environment;

Excellent command of both written and spoken English;

Desired Skill-set

Knowledge of TOSCA;

CSTE/ CAST Certification good to have;

Experience in team management.

Responsibilities

Liaised with stakeholders and the project team to identify, analyse, and review design needs and requirements, aiding in the estimation of testing scope and schedule;
Develop and maintain software testing deliverables, including test plans and functional test cases, ensuring they align with requirements;
Execute functional testing;
Manage defects efficiently;
Gather andreport on testing progress;
Embrace, implement, and promote for the company's software testing and quality assurance processes;
Engage actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and sprint retrospectives.
