Perform professional hair scalp analysis and treatment for customers
Sales Driven and meeting KPIs
Meet company sales projection
Design treatment package based on the customize scalp individual
Regular scalp review for customers
Follow up call on customer condition and improvement
Attend to new customer and upsell services when necessary
Close monitoring on customer scalp issues
Sales plan with the outlet team
Competencies & Qualification
Min. 2 years of related experience
Strong sales track records will be advantage
Friendly, approachable and good team player
Strong passion in handling customers or sales
Possess good communication skills and positive attitude
Well groom with self-motivated personality
Able to commit retail hours
