Therapy Assistant (Office hrs, Healthcare) #HVW

Responsibilities

. Assist the therapist by supervising and setting up equipment for patients during therapy

. Assist the therapist in the treatment implement by recording and keying of daily patient statistics as well as services

. Clean and maintain therapy equipment as well as devices by ensuring that the equipment / aids are kept properly after use

. Liaising between patients, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and other departments.

. Observing patients performing prescribed physical exercises

. Documenting patients responses to treatment and updating patient files

. Carry out any other duties as assigned by management or supervisors

Requirements

. Min WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy Support) / Nitec in Therapy Support / Diploma in Therapy Support / Other equivalent qualifications

. Excellent communication skills

. 1-2 years experience will be advantageous
