About The Team
The Content Ecosystem team at TikTok works to ensure the global content ecosystem is safe and enjoyable for its users. The team develops strategies, policies and methodologies to keep the content ecosystem safe and sustainable in the long-term.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategy work of the international short video content ecosystem. Have a personal understanding of content, capable of deeply analyzing business data and user needs, and identifying key issues throughout the entire process of content production-distribution-consumption, thereby quantifying objectives and implementing corresponding strategies.
- Make effective decisions on key issues in the platform ecosystem's evolution through quantitative data analysis and qualitative observation. Optimize the content consumption and creation environment using product mechanisms, content recommendation strategies, and AI technologies.
- Capable of deeply understanding the content recommendation process and its fundamental principles, collaborate with algorithm developers and data analysts to complete the effectiveness validation and continuous optimization of different recommendation strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above,
- More than 3 years of experience in product or strategy, possessing a good understanding of content, with priority given to those with experience in content strategy, scheduling strategy, recommendation strategy, product recommendation, and other strategic product roles.
- Solid and good data analysis skills, with strong logical thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, strong resilience under pressure, a sense of responsibility and goal orientation, ability to focus on key issues and solve complex problems, and a long-term perspective.
- Priority will be given to deep consumers and creators of content products, with those who enjoy and frequently use overseas content products preferred.
