About the Team
The User Insights and Support Center (UISC) is dedicated on enhancing the TikTok user experience. Our work scope encompasses various tasks aimed at optimizing our products. This includes proactively reporting and monitoring bugs, gathering insights on new features based on user needs, processing and analyzing user feedback, promptly following up critical incidents and fatal incidents. Our dedication lies in continuously improving the TikTok experience for all users.
- Responsible for the user experience operations on internationalization short video, gaining insights and analyzing real user needs, and carrying out specialized experience projects based on business inputs and user understanding to address core issues, driving cross-functional teams to design and improve the product, with the common goal of enhancing user experience.
- Establish good cooperation and collaboration mechanisms with internal teams and external partners, promptly identify, follow up and drive the resolution of product-related user demands.
- Coordinate and supervise the operation quality of the feedback operation team, guide the optimization of the feedback handling process, to achieve high-quality user feedback operations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Deep insights and understanding of online users, with keen insight and analytical capabilities. Preferred candidates with prior experience in product operations or user operations.
- Able to empathize towards user feedback and pain points, with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Possess excellent cross-functional coordination and execution capabilities, goal-oriented, and actively drive problem resolution and improvement.
