Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate Brand Marketing & Communication professional to join our Tim Hortons Marketing team. As a Brand & Communication Lead for Tim Hortons APAC, you will play a pivotal role in bringing to life our positioning, by elevating overall instore experience of our guests, developing playbooks for our signature platforms and designing effective campaign strategies. In doing so, you will work in partnership with multiple stakeholders, our International and local team to build a strong brand that's loved by consumers around the region. You will also lead the development of communication Strategy for each market, that can accelerate awareness of the brand while maximizing efficiency. Based out of our Regional Headquarters in Singapore, this role will help drive our Brand Positioning, Brand Love and Product Leadership efforts.
Your Responsibilities
- Actively partner with regional and global marketing teams, field teams and local franchisees to design a playbook on holistic guest purchase journey across touchpoints, for Tim Hortons APAC.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment with internal partners (e.g. design, operations, digital, field Team) to bring to life the ideal brand experiences.
- Lead the development & refinement of campaign strategies, to effectively register key brand benefits.
- Liaise with innovation team to create Signature Product Platform toolkits, focusing on superior/ relevant communication idea and impactful media execution.
- Develop communication guidelines for key touchpoints across media and instore based on guest centric & data based approach.
- Review and provide inputs on communication assets from each market, to ensure branding consistency and superiority.
- Provide guidance to media houses and local teams on media strategies & execution, set KPIs, help track them and provide actionable insights.
- Drive regional initiatives to maximize synergy between markets and optimize cost, when it comes to branding campaigns & product communications.
Your Skills & Experience
- Bachelor or major in Business Administration and/or Marketing, Liberal Arts & Sciences.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Consumer Marketing/ Communication fields, from a Coffee industry, other F&B manufacturing company, or an FMCG company, preferably in Asia Pacific region.
- Strong knowledge of Consumer Marketing and/ or Media Communications.
- Strong comfort with proficiency in Analytics and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority and relate to franchise owners, team members, agencies and everyone in between.
- Previous experience in building a brand from scratch would be an additional asset.
- Prior experience of media planning, buying and optimization preferred.
- Fluent in written & verbal English; Proficiency in other Asian languages preferred (Mandarin/ Korean/ Bahasa).
