The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore's Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.

The training programme consists of 15 months of local attachment with GSK. Due to the nature of the programme, we can only consider Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents. Role Description:

  • Ensure all data supporting the analytical method are accurate and able to take correct actions to address the issue
  • Contribute to the plans for the implementation of new testing technologies and methods
  • Able to understand and assess the change analytical assessment that may have an impact on product quality, validation and/or current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance
  • Lead or participate in investigation arising from laboratory investigation, incidents recommendations remedial actions for follow-up
  • Draft, review and update appropriate laboratory documents such as testing protocol, procedures, analytical methods and guidelines relating to GMP and operational framework of the laboratory
  • Updated with pharmacopeial and other health agencies guidelines
  • Ensures that all manufacturing raw materials / non-routine samples and products are analyzed and tested according to the stipulated quality requirements
  • Understand and adhere to any applicable safety requirements
  • Ability to understand basic laboratory instrument technical mechanism and method troubleshooting
  • Ability to guide laboratory analyst on method improvements and basic troubleshooting
  • Ability to interact with inspectors (internal and external)
  • Basic statistical mathematical skills
  • Ability to organize work and handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a diverse team
