The Retail Advisors primary responsibility is to ensure a consistently exceptional experience for all our guests while supporting the daily operations of the store. Candidates should have a proven ability to contribute meaningfully in a team environment, and be able to represent the Better brand with professionalism and integrity.
- A Better retail advisor will:
Develop and maintain Strong Product Knowledge of in-house brands, in order to provide Better play advice for our shoppers (dont worry, we help you with this!)
- Create an Extraordinary Service Experience by being attentive of our surroundings and going the extra mile for our customers.
Be highly motivated and committed to the achievement of Daily Store Sales and KPI Goals.- Adhere to Stores Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) with excellence.
Maintain optimal Housekeeping standards; including (but not limited to) the stores Display & Merchandising, Windows, Shelves, Counter, Storeroom and overall cleanliness of the shop.
- Carry out Standard Retail Roles & Duties within the store; including (but not limited to) Cashiering, Store Ordering, Stock-Take and any other tasks that may be reasonably assigned to facilitate your professional growth.
Possess good Communication skills, and work effectively in a Team.- Smile! Were serious about work- but were also serious about fun. If you can do all of the above with a smile on your face, youre who were looking for!
