Trade Finance Executive (Commodity)

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join a Commodity Trading MNC as a Trade Finance Executive. The ideal candidate should have an excellent knowledge of Trade Finance market and instruments, treasury knowledge is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily trade operations, including the issuance and amendment of LCs, confirmation of documents, discounting of export bills, and monitoring payment due dates
• Act as the primary point of contact between trade operators and banks regarding trade finance agreements, amendments, and other related inquiries
• Collaborate with the Treasury Team to manage relationships with banks
• Validate and resolve discrepancies raised by banks, ensuring compliance with trade finance regulations and internal policies
• Prepare and maintain management reports on trade finance activities using various reporting systems

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Good knowledge of Trade Finance market and instruments
• Knowledge of treasury is a plus
