Situated in Singapore, the Singapore ADM cluster business serves as a strategic base for expanding JDE's global presence in the Asian region. Singapore also serves as a operating hub for the APAC leadership team and the regional corporate functions such as Finance, Internal Controls, Marketing, HR and Corporate Affairs.
Job Description
In Store POSM Execution
- Co-develop and execute in store marketing plan for all brand activations & innovations based on Marketing Calendar.
- Collaborate with suppliers and agencies to develop, design and implement POS materials, displays, and gadgets that best achieve the required objectives.
- Execute & track in-store merchandising and promotional activities across various retail channels.
- Provide back-end support in the tracking of marketing spend on a monthly basis.
In Store Activation
- Coordinate with Sales Teams and Field Sales Operations to schedule in-store activations based on Marketing Calendar.
- Source for GWP (Gift with Purchase) premiums to support trade activities & channel exclusive promotions.
- Liaise with Agencies to ensure end to end execution excellence for all in-store activation events across all JDE Brands.
- Manage & track inventory for all premium items in the warehouse and the Activation Agency warehouse
Administrative Duties
- Work with cross-functional teams to reconcile monthly A&P (Advertising & Promotion) Budget
- Manage procurement processes for all trade-related expenses
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Shopper marketing or Sales.
- Sales experience is recommended.
- Familiarity with the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Knowledge of information system tools such as AC Nielsen, paceman, TNS, GFK.
- Availability to work during major festivals (e.g. Chinese New Year period), in view of store activations.
