Job Overview:

Duration: 6-12 months - highly renewable

Location: Across Singapore

This role involves providing trade support for institutional products (Cash Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Commodities), client processing, and overseeing outsourced operations. These responsibilities include trade capturing, lifecycle event processing, reconciliation, monitoring, and issue resolution, covering Fixed Income Cash, Equity, Derivatives, and Commodities. This role will engage with different teams , addressing trade queries and collaborating with the regional support team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide trade support for Institutional product range in Singapore.
• Handle trade capturing, processing, reconciliation, and exception resolution.
• Liaise with counterparties to resolve trade discrepancies.
• Monitor and process trade lifecycle events.
• Collaborate with sales and trading desks for trade-related queries and issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate trade capture and checkout.

Requirements:

• University degree with 3-5 years of experience in operations.
• Experience in trade support, preferably in Commodities or Fixed Income OTC.
• Ability to work with sales, traders, and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
