Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Trading Ops Engineer to join our team and help us maintain and scale our trading systems. As a Trading Ops Engineer at Kbit, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real-time trading environment. You will be responsible for monitoring, identifying, triaging, and resolving issues in our trading environment, as well as automating support and operational workflows to enhance our scalability and efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain the health of the trading system to ensure optimal performance.
Identify, triage, and resolve issues in real-time to minimize impact on trading activities.
Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline operations and support workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and performance.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical trading operations.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks.
Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting trading logs.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and able to work independently.
Residency in Singapore or willingness to relocate.
Beneficial Skills
Prior experience in trading systems, particularly in an operations or support role.
Understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trading dynamics.
Familiarity with Linux and AWS platforms.
