Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with policies and manage contracts.
• Monitor contract performance and assist with order entry.
• Price contracts accurately and ensure timely payments.
• Handle order entry and prepare documentation for stakeholders.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on management and performance.
• Support claims management with administrative tasks.
• Communicate with stakeholders and update customers on operations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant studies.
• Minimum 2 years of marine fuel trade operations experience.
• Experience in Sales Force, Power BI, Microsoft 365 and shipping tracking systems will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work longer hours to liaise with different region when required.
